REQUIREMENTS what should happen to join the Air Force and fly a fighter plane?

I really want to join the air force. im 14 and wondering if there are steps you need to take from now to start my dream of becoming a pilot.

You must be an officer to fly fighter planes. Your options are: (1) The Air Force Academy, (2) ROTC, and (3) Go to college and then apply for an Officer Training School. Of the three, ROTC is the best option because is almost impossible to enter the Academy unless you're a straight-A student and a model citizen, and applied for OTS generally have more difficulty competing slots pilot, because they have no military background would get the ROTC. You'll have to talk to a recruiter about ROTC. Beyond that, you have to be in top condition superior physical, you must have 20/20 vision without correction (read: Your vision must be 20/20 without glasses) must have depth perception and vision of colors, you can not have a history of any heart or pulmonary (lung), and you can not have other physical conditions that may impede their ability to fly a plane. WARNING: The slots for fighter pilots are very few, so competition is very intense. You really have to be the best of the best to get a slot as a fighter pilot.
