Name of old Snes Game?

Well ... I was browsing through my collection of Snes Games and I realized I needed one ... not really I remember his name ... I know that in the beginning of level, which start in a boat on the top of this ship, and control of these things that appear to be toads and turtles ... No its not Mutant Ninja turtles or toads battle .... But then its kind of fun multiplayer also their cause, call the enemies of the plane and then the head, it was strange ... I think it was as connected to this wall and the wall were these balls and end of the balls were a hand, so there were 2 floating hands. Someone knows the name of this game? Also at one point the game to fight these robots and sometimes fall as a leg and can be used as a weapon, somewhat resembling an Arcade Game, which probably drew the SNES console. So you have any idea what its called? ~ Thanks
